"Shall we start over with a new house or remodel the home where we're presently living?"  
     This is a question many homeowners ponder. But when you have a perfect location, the answer comes more easily. This family was in that exact position, so proceeded with a major renovation project. 

   First, an addition created a  spacious master suite, two extra bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a recreation room, and a three car garage. The existing house was re-sided and painted to match the addition and all decks were rebuilt.
